Will this cover every OEM skin?
We focus on policy primitives that appear across OEMs. If you have a niche device family, bring screenshots ahead of time and we will slot a short clinic.
Can my whole team share one enrollment?
Each seat is for one named participant because labs are graded individually. Teams should purchase separate seats so we can track lab telemetry fairly.
What should I install beforehand?
Only the lab VPN profile we send one week prior. Avoid installing personal MDM agents on the same machine to prevent profile clashes.
