Privacy Statement
1. Use of data
We use personal data to operate classes: verifying identity, issuing credentials, shipping printed materials, and responding to support requests. We also use attendance and assessment data to determine completion status and to improve curricula when aggregated.
We do not sell personal data. Marketing uses are limited to opted-in communications about upcoming programs that match your stated interests.
2. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act and related guidance in Korea, you may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing in lawful circumstances. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, understanding that withdrawal may limit our ability to deliver certain services.
We verify requests to prevent unauthorized changes. We may refuse requests that are repetitive, technically infeasible, or legally impermissible, and we will explain the basis where required.
3. Scope
This statement applies to data collected through network-nodehub.one, enrollment forms, classroom devices we control, and email correspondence with our team. It does not govern third-party sites we link to for maps or public references; those sites have their own policies.
If you attend a private engagement at your premises, your employer may also process data under separate workplace policies.
4. Retention
Enrollment records are retained for seven years where tax and contract law require reliable accounting trails. Lab telemetry tied to individual accounts is minimized and rotated on a published schedule, typically within twelve months after cohort completion unless a dispute extends the need.
Support emails may be retained longer if they evidence agreements or safety incidents, but access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
5. Third parties
We use infrastructure providers for email delivery, document signing, and classroom Wi-Fi equipment vendors as sub-processors. Contracts require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. We do not allow sub-processors to use learner data for independent marketing.
If we add a sub-processor that materially changes risk, we will update this statement and, where appropriate, notify active cohorts.
6. Contact
Privacy inquiries should be sent to hello@network-nodehub.one with the subject line Privacy Request. Please include enough detail for us to locate your record without over-sharing sensitive identifiers in email bodies.
If you prefer postal correspondence, use the Gangnam district classroom address published on the contact page and mark it to the attention of Data Protection.
7. Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, employer, job title, email address, phone number, and billing contacts for corporate enrollments. We collect technical identifiers like IP address, device type, and browser version when you use our learning portal to protect accounts and diagnose outages.
Payment references may appear on invoices, but we avoid storing full payment credentials on our servers when a processor tokenizes card data.
8. Security measures
We apply role-based access controls, encrypted transport for web sessions, and hardened lab segmentation. Staff training covers phishing resistance and clean desk expectations during on-site deliveries at client offices.
No security program is perfect. If we become aware of an incident that affects your personal data, we will notify you and regulators as required by law without unreasonable delay.
9. International transfers
Primary storage and processing occur in Korea. If we ever use cross-border processors, we will rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and document them here, including safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable alongside Korean requirements.
You may request a summary of current cross-border arrangements before enrolling in a program that uses new tooling.
10. Children
Our professional training services are not directed to children under fourteen, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has enrolled in error, contact us so we can delete associated records where deletion is lawful.
School districts enrolling staff should supply adult professional contacts only.
11. Policy changes
We update this statement when our processing activities change materially. The last updated date reflects the newest revision. Where consent is the legal basis and a change is substantial, we will seek fresh consent before expanding uses.
Archived copies are kept internally for accountability but are not published as a public history timeline.
